Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

To optimize system performance, Schedule Manager automatically deletes agent Schedules and Net Staffing data (Required vs. Scheduled) that is older than 36 months. This deletion happens continuously in the background and applies to all customers. There is no impact on system functionality, but data beyond the retention period will no longer be accessible.

You can manually export data to retain it beyond the 36-month limit:

Go to the Schedule Manager landing page.

Click the Export button.

In the Export modal:

Select the required schedule and/or net staffing data.

Choose the desired time period.

Click Download to save the file locally.
To preserve older data, review schedules going back 36 months and export one month at a time to ensure complete coverage.
